I have a chip in my windshield. At what point should I get it repaired?
Right away! The longer you wait, the risk of breakage becomes greater. Also, more moisture and impurities can get into the chip making it more difficult to completely repair. Place a small piece of scotch tape over the repair until you can get it done.
Will insurance pay for chip repair?
Most insurance companies pay for the repair at no cost to you and it takes about 30 minutes to complete.
How much does it cost to replace a windshield?
Windshield prices vary per vehicle. Email or call with your vehicle information for an exact quote.
My company has a fleet of vehicles. How do we become your customer?
We have several fleet companies we work with on a regular basis. Call or email your business information. We can generate an account and send you statements at the end of each month.
I have to work during the day. Can you come to my company parking lot and replace my windshield?
We have a mobile service. We can come to you, however, sometimes the Northwest climate interferes. We cannot change the glass in inclement weather. This is why we offer a pickup and delivery service. We are fully insured to drive your vehicle and will pick it up, perform the work at our shop and deliver it back within general demographics at no extra charge.
I was in an accident. Can you give me an estimate for windshield replacement and a couple of side windows?
We do all auto glass replacements, windshields, door glasses, side glasses, and back glasses, in addition to window motor repair.
If I decide to wait for my car, how long will it take to replace the windshield?
The windshield is part of the structural integrity of the vehicle and is designed to work with the passenger airbag. The glass must stay in place in case of an accident or deployment of the airbag. The wait time varies depending on the vehicle and installation. Most newer vehicles with ADAS systems need the Lane Departure cameras recalibrated after new windshield is installed so this can take all day. Our Customer Service Representatives can advise you on the wait time for your vehicle on an individual basis. The replacement takes about an hour, however, the vehicle isn’t safe to drive for an hour after installation. The adhesive system needs time to set.

Do you have a military discount? How does that work?
We can’t express our gratitude enough for the service and sacrifices of our military personnel. We offer special discounts to them. Present a current active military card to be eligible.
